Zepbound® prescription online for weight loss

Get started

What is Zepbound?

Zepbound® (tirzepatide) is an FDA-approved prescription medication for chronic weight management in adults with obesity or overweight with at least one weight-related condition. It is a dual GIP/GLP-1 receptor agonist, meaning it activates two hormone pathways to help control appetite and blood sugar.

How is Zepbound different from Ozempic® or Wegovy®?

While Ozempic and Wegovy activate only GLP-1 receptors, Zepbound activates both GIP and GLP-1 receptors. This dual mechanism may lead to greater weight loss in some patients. Zepbound is available as both pens and vials.

What's the difference between Zepbound pens and vials?
